Onken Bass Cabinet

Hi,

i just found a nice Onken Bass Cabinet:



It is EBAY: 320260323778

I have never seen these cabinets before.
Where could i find the plans?
Will these enclosures work with 2* Altec 416 woofers!?

They look to be nicely finished but... without knowing the dimensions or doing the calculations the box volume seems too small to support either 416's or 515's. The mdf baffle board does not look rigid enough to support 2 drivers either. I'd want at least an 1 1/2" thick plywood baffle board plus front to rear bracing to keep the front panel from flopping around.

Another thing is that the lister says they'll fit altec jbl etc but they're cut for back mounting front mount 15" altec. The openings look too close together to fit a pair of altec 16" frames or be able to mount most other 15" from the outside.

I'd avoid these like the plague. You want a dual Onken, design your own for your drivers.
